Cancellations/Substitutions and Refunds: Cancellations made at least 10 days before the class will receive 100% refund of fee paid. If cancelled three days before the class, 50% of fee paid will be refunded. No refunds are allowed if cancellation is made during the three days preceding the class. Alternatively, those who cannot attend the class may send a substitute or elect to receive the Hydraulics Software (60 day license) in the mail for the registration fee paid.
SYSTEK reserves the right to cancel any workshop in its reasonable discretion. In the event of cancellation by SYSTEK, registration fees will be refunded in full. SYSTEK shall have no further liability.
