Software Maintenance and Technical Support (SMTS)

 

Free Technical Support is provided for registered users of our software for a period of one year from the initial purchase date. If the software is leased, free technical support is provided for sixty (60) days from the start of lease period.

 

After the covered period, Technical Support can be provided only if an annual software maintenance and support plan has been purchased.  Contact SYSTEK for details

In order to facilitate quick response, please have your disk serial number and program version available when you call us.

 

 

Technical support will be provided to a single registered User in the Company regardless of the number of Users.  Technical support will be limited to one hour a month during the coverage year.  Any additional hours required over and above the allocated one hour will be charged at the rate of $150 per hour.
